2011 Rates and Discounts: All rates include a full complimentary breakfast. All rates are
based on double or single Occupancy. The Dreadnaught room can accommodate additional guests at a charge of $20 per additional guest for
the first night and $10 charge per night thereafter. The Morning Dew room can accommodate a roll-away
bed for a child. Rooms with King bed are $165 per night and rooms with Queen bed are $135 per night.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted at Sunburst Lodge. Guests may smoke responsibly
outsider and at least ten (10) feet distant from any entry door. A cleaning charge of $150 will be added to the bill of any guest who does not adhere to the no
smoking policy.
Children: Due to our small size and the expectation of a restful stay by
our guests we reserve the right to accept children under the age of twelve (12) only at our discretion. Please contact us
for specifics if there are children in your party. If you are taking all six rooms well behaved children of any
age with your group are welcome.
